VARENICLINA: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA SOBRE UMA NOVA SAÍDA DO TABAGISMO

O tabagismo é considerado um dos principais fatores causadores de doenças e morte prematura no mundo. Visto isso, há uma evidente importância em novas drogas que venham ampliar o arsenal terapêutico seu tratamento. A vareniclina vem sendo muito estudada como medicação chave para a cessação do tabagismo, apesar não tão nova mercado ainda conhecida pela maioria. Levando consideração os benefícios deste fármaco, objetivo trabalho foi revisar na literatura sistema fármacocinético farmacodinâmico ação, bem uso clínico eficácia. Foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico bases dados PubMed Scielo entre anos 2004 2020. Os resultados apresentaram eficaz medicamento anti tabágico, só fumo, também administração da abstinência. Apresenta-se com boa tolerabilidade relação efeitos adversos promove eficácia superior quando comparada outras medicações mesmo seguimento. Concluindo este medicamente pode ser utilizado tratar sua abstinência, forma segura eficaz, podendo mais área médica, desconhece ou evita uso.
